Process Applications
Pre‑Solder Flux Application
In the soldering process of PV module cells, flux is a key auxiliary material that ensures reliable electrical connections between the solder ribbon and the cell electrodes (silver busbars). It is applied to the ribbon or seed layer before soldering to guarantee stable and reliable bonding.
Adhesive thickness < 0.05mm, minimum glue width 0.25mm
No clogging, breaking, or deposition during prolonged operation
Glue width range < 30μm, CPK > 1.67
Compatible Medium: Flux solution
PV Module Protection and Fixation
During the assembly of solar cells, UV adhesive is dispensed onto the connection area between the cell main busbars (the fine metal lines that collect current) and the solder ribbons (interconnectors), or onto the cell surface. This provides physical protection, structural fixation, and insulation for components such as ribbons and conductive wires.
Glue thickness: 0.1mm–0.4mm; Glue width: 0.25mm–2.0mm
Coating speed: 200mm/s–300mm/s
Compatible Medium: UV adhesive
Glue width range < 30μm, CPK > 1.67

Solar Panel Conductive Silver Adhesive
In the manufacturing process of PV modules, conductive silver adhesive is applied to series‑welding connections between cells or to specific structural joints requiring conductive bonding. It provides electrical conduction while also offering fixation and stress‑buffering functions.

Enhanced bubble suppression for bubble‑free dispensing
